My Year Abroad in San Justo, Santa Fe, Argentina
At 17, I embarked on a life-changing journey to San Justo, Santa Fe, Argentina and immersed myself in the vibrant Argentinian culture. Despite the challenges of adapting to a new language, being away from home and lifestyle, this was the best experience I ever had.
During my time in Argentina, I seized every opportunity to travel and discover the country’s diverse landscapes. From the rugged beauty of Patagonia to the breathtaking vastness of Antarctica, each adventure left an indelible mark on my soul. Additionally, I ventured into neighbouring Brazil, adding another layer of cultural richness to my journey.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my year abroad was the friendships I formed with people from all corners of the globe. These international connections not only enriched me, but also continue to be a source of joy and inspiration in my life. To this day, I remain in touch with my international friends and cherished host families, united by the bonds forged during our time together in Argentina.
